What Counts as an Incident

Any outage or disruption that stops you from logging in, connecting or viewing accounts, or using core features, along with any data security incident (see our breach notification policy). Brief, routine maintenance windows aren’t logged as incidents unless they affect access longer than expected.

We don’t yet run automated, third-party uptime monitoring with a live public dashboard, this page is currently updated by hand. If that changes, it’ll be logged in our Changelog.
